Develia buys land for Warsaw apartments
Developer Develia (formerly LC Corp) has acquired almost 0.5 hectares of land located on ul. Jagiellońska in the Praga Północ district of Warsaw, on which it plans a residential project comprising approximately 150 apartments. The value of the transaction amounts to PLN 21.2 million net. The company expects to launch sales in the planned scheme in Q4 2020.
