Develia will build dormitory in Wrocław in joint venture with Mosaic Poland Holding
Develia has entered a joint venture with Mosaic Poland Holding, part of the international Mosaic World Group, to develop a student housing project in Wrocław. The scheme will include more than 620 rooms, retail units, and supporting infrastructure on land owned by Develia at Plac Orląt Lwowskich. Mosaic will hold 75% of the joint venture and Develia 25%. Construction is planned to start in 2026 and finish in 2028, ahead of the 2028/2029 academic year.
Develia will manage the investment process, while Mosaic will oversee operations and commercialization. The project is part of Develia’s strategy to diversify beyond traditional residential development, subject to competition authority approval.
