Develia’s subsidiary acquires real estate in Pruszków for 357 residential units
A subsidiary of Develia has acquired land in Pruszków for a residential development of approximately 357 apartments and six commercial units. Develia’s subsidiary, Develia Warszawa, announced that the planned start of apartment sales under this investment project is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
The company reported that Develia Vita acquired full ownership of the properties located in Pruszków on Staszica Street.
The purchase price for the properties, together with other considerations arising from the sale agreements and agreements transferring perpetual usufruct rights, amounted to a total of PLN 45.27 mln net, or PLN 55.68 mln gross.
