Poland’s residential market accelerated in July, with developers and private investors completing 19,200 homes, the second-best July result in at least 25 years. Developers accounted for more than 12,000 of the units delivered during the month.

From January through July 2026, more than 114,000 homes were completed, up from 110,500 a year earlier, including over 69,000 delivered by developers.

Future supply also remains strong. Around 27,000 building permits were issued in July, bringing the total for the first seven months of 2026 to more than 172,000, compared with 148,800 in the same period of 2025. Although activity remains below the peaks seen in 2021–2023, the data indicate that investor activity and the development pipeline remain robust.
