Dom Development, Poland’s largest residential developer, sold nearly 2,400 apartments in H1 2026, its best first-half result ever. Q2 was the eighth consecutive quarter in which sales exceeded 1,000 units. The company says it is on track to beat its 2025 record of 4,448 units sold, supported by stable demand in Warsaw, Tricity, Wrocław and Kraków, while preparing its first project in Poznań. Mortgage-financed purchases accounted for 51% of Q2 sales, as some buyers accelerated decisions amid inflation and construction-cost concerns. Dom Development also handed over 1,976 units, up 24% y/y.

However, RynekPierwotny.pl notes that buyers now take longer to decide, comparing more offers online as prices and availability have become much more transparent.
