Dom Development introduces 101 apartments of Osiedle Komedy to its offer
One of the largest residential developers in Poland WSE-listed Dom Development has introduced 101 apartments to its offer as part of the second stage of Osiedle Komedy in Jagodno (Wrocław), the company said. The acceptance of the premises is planned for the first quarter of 2022. As part of the multi-stage investment, over 500 units will be built.
"The Dom Development investment is located in a young and dynamically developing district of Wrocław, with numerous green areas. Stage II offers apartments ranging in size from 33-112 sqm. On the top floors there will be premises with mezzanines. All apartments will have a terrace, There will be a loggia or a balcony, and tenants' gardens are planned on the first floor. 92 parking spaces in the underground garage will be built as part of this stage. The entire estate will ultimately consist of six 4-storey residential buildings," the release reads .
The housing estate built by Dom Development commemorates the renowned Polish composer and jazz pianist – Krzysztof Komeda. Therefore, the wall of one of the buildings will be decorated with a mural referring to the artist's work.
Dom Development sold 3,661 premises in 2019
