Dom Development, the largest real estate development company in Poland, starts selling 124 apartments in Osiedle Urbino, located on the border of the Warsaw districts of Włochy and Ochota. As part of the new investment, a six-story building with green and friendly common areas will be built. The residents of the new housing estate will quickly and comfortably reach the center of the capital, Chopin Airport, and popular shopping centers.

In the neighborhood, there is the Szczęśliwicki Park liked by the inhabitants of Warsaw.

The Urbino estate at Równoległa Street is the first residential investment by Dom Development in the Włochy district, which in many places has retained its intimate character and numerous recreational areas. The project refers to the details of Italian design and responds to the needs of people who, while enjoying the advantages of living in a big city, do not want to give up a friendly and green environment, as well as appreciate comfort and modern architectural solutions.

The six-story building which has been launched for sale includes 124 functional apartments of various sizes. The offer includes 1- and 4-room apartments with areas ranging from 28-97 sqm. The majority of apartments with two rooms (ranging from 35-50 sqm) are the most popular among buyers. All premises have a balcony, loggia, or terrace, and those living on the ground floor will be able to spend time in spacious backyard gardens, the largest of which is 90 sqm.
