DSV leases more space in Gdańsk
Logistics operator DSV Solutions has leased 3,500 sqm of warehouse space in the Pomorskie Centrum Logistyczne complex in Gdańsk, which is owned by Goodman. The transaction, which was brokered by JLL, will allow the developer to start the construction of a new building there. Last year, DSV Solutions leased 15,000 sqm of warehouse area in the location. Pomorskie Centrum Logistyczne is located close to Gdańsk’s Deepwater Container Terminal. The complex is expected to total up to 500,000 sqm when fully developed.
