Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Echo Investment sold 295 apartments in the third quarter of 2019, which means that the company has already offloaded 937 housing units since the beginning of this year. The latter figure represents an over 30% increase upon the same period of 2018. Echo Investment’s sales target for this year is 1,300 apartments. In 2019, the developer has already put up for sale almost 1,200 homes with a number of new projects to be launched in the coming weeks. The company is now focusing on the acquisition of sites for new residential schemes, said Waldemar Olbryk, the management board member at Echo Investment responsible for the company’s housing business.
