Google introduced the most popular tourist attractions in Europe. In the TOP 10 ranking, together with the famous Eiffel Tower or the Roman Colosseum, the Energylandia amusement park in Małopolska also appeared.

The list on Google Maps shows the most searched tourist attractions in Europe since the beginning of 2021. The list was published on the occasion of World Tourism Day, which was celebrated on September 27.

"Being in the company of tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Sagrada Familia, and the Louvre is a great honor and incredible pride," Kris Kojder, Energylandia spokesman, said quoted by Gazeta Wyborcza daily.

"Especially that the Polish amusement park overtook the iconic Disneyland and many other famous European amusement parks in the ranking, giving way only to the German Europa Park on the list," he added.

List of the most searched attractions in Europe in 2021:

1. Eiffel Tower in Paris

2. Sagrada Familia in Barcelona

3. Louvre Museum in Paris

4. Europa-Park in Rust, Germany

5. The Colosseum in Rome

6. Plitvice Lakes in Croatia
