Erbud has contract worth over PLN 50 mln for residential investment in Warsaw
Erbud signed a new contract in the building construction segment for a residential project in Warsaw worth over PLN 50 mln net.
The agreement, signed on April 7 with Malory Investments, covers the construction of a residential building with ground-floor services and an underground garage at Świdnicka and Oszmiańska streets. The project will have about 8.7k m² of usable space.
The contract value is PLN 51.6 mln net, with completion scheduled within 18 months, targeting H2 2027. Payment terms are standard at 30 days.
Erbud, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007, operates in residential, commercial, industrial, and energy construction. Its shares are down over 3% YTD and 21% over the past year.
