Erbud has large contract in Wroclaw
Erbud has signed a contract worth PLN 84.9 mln, excluding VAT, with Archicom Nieruchomości 6 to build the Swobodna Living residential development in Wrocław. Located on Swobodna Street, the project will include apartments, commercial space, an underground garage, landscaping, and supporting infrastructure. Construction is scheduled for completion within 20 months of work beginning. Erbud is one of Poland’s larger construction groups, operating in building construction, energy, industrial services, and modular construction. It also owns
Warsaw-listed Onde, which specializes in wind and solar farm construction. In 2025, the group reported revenue of PLN 3.26 bln and EBITDA of PLN 73.3 million, alongside a net loss of PLN 28.3 mln.
