Erbud to build Bouygues apartments in Poznań
Developer Bouygues Immobilier is about to start a new residential project in Poznań, which will be called Soleil de Malta and will comprise a total of 318 apartments in two buildings. The company has appointed builder Erbud as the general contractor of the scheme, whose completion has been scheduled for July 2021. The net value of the contract amounts to over PLN 83 million. Erbud has previously built several other housing developments for Bouygues Immobilier, including Ogrody Kabackie and Épique in Warsaw.
