Erbud to build rental apartments for Echo Investment
A company belonging to Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Echo Investment has contracted builder Erbud to build a rental apartment project, which will be located on ul. Suwak in the Służewiec business area in the Mokotów district of the Polish capital. The planned scheme will be part of the Resi 4 Rent institutional rental apartment platform and is scheduled to be completed in December next year. The value of the contract amounts to PLN 33.3 million.
