Erbud to build Wrocław apartments for Vantage
Developer Vantage Development has selected construction company Erbud as the general contractor of its Legnicka 33 residential project in Wrocław. The scheme will comprise 239 housing units and 11 commercial units. The value of the contract amounts to PLN 67.2 million. The builder has 82 weeks to complete the development.
