Erbud wins significant housing contract in Wrocław
Polish construction company Erbud has signed a contract worth just over PLN 63.3 mln net with Projekt Browarna to build a multifamily residential property in Wrocław. The project, known as Building E Altair, forms part of the second phase of the Browarna development and will include commercial space and an underground garage. Erbud’s Wrocław branch will carry out the work. The total value of contracts signed with Projekt Browarna over the past 12 months exceeds PLN 105 mln net.
In the first quarter of 2026, Erbud reported PLN 586.6 mln in revenue, PLN 36.6 mln in gross profit on sales, and a net loss of PLN 20.3 mln.
