Euro-net, owner of the RTV Euro AGD commercial network, has rented over 1,600 sqm of office and warehouse space in Rzeszów. The company is located in 7R City Flex Rzeszów Airport I. The tenant was represented by the international consulting company Cushman & Wakefield. This is the fourth warehouse, after 7R City Flex Łódź I, 7R City Flex Szczecin and 7R Park Kielce, leased by Euro-net from the 7R developer.

Euro-net is a Polish company that has been operating on the market for 30 years. Currently, it has nearly 290 physical stores under the brand RTV Euro AGD in 187 cities throughout Poland and the online store euro.com.pl. Euro-net was looking for warehouse space located in the urban area of Rzeszów to ensure efficient distribution service for clients from south-eastern Poland. At the same time, the company needed a facility adapted to its intensive handling operations by its standard.

"We are dynamically developing, ensuring the best experience in contact with our brand. For this reason, we want to create a logistics and warehouse infrastructure that ensures the fastest and most effective distribution of goods. This is especially important now in the era of the growing importance of e-commerce and online shopping," Rafał Gąska, Supply Chain Director at RTV EURO AGD, said.
