Euro Styl added 100 apartments to its offer in Gdańsk
Euro Styl from Dom Development Group launched the sale of 100 apartments and 6 retail units at the Dynamika development in Gdańsk. The handover is planned for the turn of the second and third quarters of 2023, the company said.
“The new offer includes 100 apartments in two 4-story buildings. These are one-, two-, three- and four-room units, with floor areas ranging from 33 to 82 sqm. Prices start from 325 thousand zlotys. On the first floor of one of the buildings, 6 commercial premises with areas ranging from 40 to 58 sq. m. were designed, with prices starting from PLN 472,000”. - We read in the announcement.
“Dynamics is designed in the spirit of eco-mobility. We have created many facilities for residents to make it easier to use bicycles, scooters, or skateboards, such as bicycle racks and a self-service station for servicing such equipment. In the garage halls, there will be charging stations for electric bikes and scooters. There will also be carsharing points and places for renting bicycles, electric scooters, and scooters,” said Anna Tuszyńska, sales manager at Euro Styl, as quoted in the release.
Dom Development is a residential developer listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2006. In 2020, it sold 3,756 units - the most among developers in Poland.
