Euro Styl starts selling LAS apartments on Hel Peninsula
Euro Styl from the Dom Development Group, the largest residential developer in Poland, is launching a new investment, LAS, located by the sea in Jastarnia on the Hel Peninsula. The offer will include 60 year-round serviced apartments that can become a second home, and when not used by the owner, they will be a source of additional rental income. A professional operator company from the Dom Development Group, which will provide comprehensive rental management and service, will take care of the investors' convenience. The deadline for the acceptance of the premises is planned for the second quarter of 2024.
LAS Apartments are being built in a quiet part of Jastarnia, in the immediate vicinity of a pine forest, the Baltic beach and the waters of Zatoka Pucka, and at the same time right next to WYDMA – another apartment investment implemented by Euro Styl since last year.
LAS will consist of three cozy apartment buildings with areas ranging from 30-108 sqm. The sale offer includes 59 units in two 3-story buildings, and one in the third, 1-story building, with an area of 108 sqm.
