Real estate investment manager Exeter Property Group is to develop a logistics park project in Świebodzin in western Poland, which will comprise up to 120,000 sqm of space. The scheme, which will be sitting on approximately 30 hectares of land, has been designed by Space2Design, part of the SpaceFactory group. The Świebodzin market has much potential and is attracting both logistics operators and companies from the light production sector, said Katarzyna Pyś-Fabiańczyk, CEE leasing and development director at Exeter Property Group. “We think that this is an ideal location for large e-commerce projects,” Pyś-Fabiańczyk added.
