Exporters strengthen their position in the USA, Canada and Japan

“Data on foreign trade for the first four months of this year indicate, among others, that Polish exporters strengthen their position on geographically distant, highly developed markets, such as the USA, Canada or Japan,” Jadwiga Emilewicz, the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology, believes.
She pointed out that among the directions that drive our exports of goods are markets that currently constitute rather weaker links of the EU, ie France (increase in Polish exports by 6.2 percent y / y in this period), Great Britain (increase by 5, 6 percent ), as well as markets from Central and Eastern Europe, e.g. Hungary (increase of 11.5 percent ) and Slovakia (10.4 percent ).
