The first logistics center built by GLP in Poland is being built just a few minutes' drive from the southern border of Warsaw, near the shopping center in Janki. The investment is carried out to the highest standard available on the Polish market. In total, it offers 32,000 sqm. warehouse space with comfortable office facilities.
The GLP Warsaw II Logistics Center warehouse space will be available to customers already in October this year. There are four modules ranging from 4,700-12,300 sqm at their disposal. The above-standard height of the building allows for storage up to 12 meters up, which translates into significant savings, making it possible to rent up to 20 percent less space than in a typical hall.
The building is distinguished by modern technical solutions, including an advanced lighting control system and electronic measurement of media consumption. The entire operation in the building can be powered by green energy from renewable sources. The reinforced roof structure enables the installation of photovoltaic panels.
The advantage of the project are also external office modules with terraces on the roofs, perfectly lit by natural light thanks to high windows. The daily comfort of park employees will also be enhanced by special rest zones.
