French developer Bouygues Immobilier Polska is dynamically developing its operations in Warsaw. Just a few weeks after the announcement of a new housing investment in Bemowo, it is introducing a flat in Białołęka for sale.
Bouygues Immobilier will build there a modern Essentiel residential complex. In two buildings it offers, among others, flats with mezzanines and ecological solutions package. The investment has just been sold.
Essentiel (from the French essence, the essence of things) is the name of the investment, the construction of which should begin this year at Tarchomin. Two low-rise multi-family buildings with commercial premises and an underground garage will be built at Talarowa Street. In total there will be 167 apartments: 155 in the larger and 12 in the smaller building.
“Functional layouts, a large selection and attractive prices. These are their biggest advantages. They will certainly meet all the expectations of singles, couples, families with children and investors," Cezary Grabowski, sales and marketing director of Bouygues Immobilier Polska, announced.
Most of them will be 2- and 3-room compact apartments, but there will also be smaller (1-room) and larger (4-room) apartments. Each of them is designed with a balcony, loggia or garden. Particularly noteworthy are duplex apartments with a mezzanine with access to terraces on the roofs. Mezzanines are an additional level of 3-storey buildings.
