Fresh Logistics Polska opens new warehouse in Łomża

On June 9, 2025, Fresh Logistics Polska officially opened its new logistics center in Łomża. Located on Ciepła Street, the state-of-the-art facility is a strategic investment that enhances the company’s capacity for temperature-controlled logistics services and supports regional economic development.
The warehouse spans 6,603 m², with a 2,721 m² cross-docking area maintained at 2–6°C, supported by 20 loading ramps for efficient operations. A dedicated Ultra Fresh chamber (0–2°C) of 141 m² handles highly perishable items like fresh meat and fish. The contract logistics zone covers 2,044 m² and accommodates 2,334 pallet spaces, while three independent freezer chambers (-23°C) provide 3,252 pallet spaces in total.
Sustainability is a key feature of the new site, which uses photovoltaic panels, a heat pump, and eco-friendly equipment such as lithium-ion forklifts. The entire transport fleet meets EURO 6 emissions standards, ensuring high environmental performance throughout the supply chain.
The center offers comprehensive logistics services, including national and international distribution, warehousing, packaging, and value-added services. It also serves as a crucial hub for Baltic region transport, improving delivery times and service flexibility.
The investment has boosted local employment, creating jobs in warehouse and office roles. It also stimulates the regional economy through increased demand for local transport services.
Tomasz Polański, Regional Director at Fresh Logistics Polska, highlights that timely, high-quality service is essential in fresh product logistics, and the new facility supports this goal through innovative infrastructure and systems.
The Łomża branch, active since 2008, has grown from handling 20,000 pallets monthly to 190,000 in 2024. The new center positions Fresh Logistics Polska for further growth and reinforces its commitment to quality, innovation, and responsible business practices.
