Ghelamco has resumed plans to develop a mixed-use office complex near Warsaw’s Gdański Station, in partnership with PKP and Xcity Investments. The project includes a new railway station integrated with an office building and has already received a construction permit. Work is scheduled for 2027–2029 and is expected to last about 24 months, pending final approval from the Ministry of Infrastructure.

During construction, a temporary station will operate nearby to serve passengers. The new station will span three levels, with office space rising around 10 floors above it. The broader plan envisions up to four commercial buildings totaling about 100,000 sqm. The project aims to combine transport and business functions, revitalizing the area around Gdański Station.
