Goodman secures major lease deal at Kraków logistics park
SMA Magnetics, a company from the renewable energy sector, has leased almost 14,000 sqm of production and office space at the Goodman Kraków Airport Logistics Centre logistics park near Kraków. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Goodman Kraków Airport Logistics Centre sits on 31.5 hectares of land and currently consists of seven buildings. When fully developed, the complex is expected to comprise up to 150,000 sqm of space.
