A major data center campus is being planned in Włocławek on a 17-hectare industrial site between Barska and Zielna streets. The Green Data Center Campus Włocławek project would include five independent data center buildings, two power substations, office facilities, parking and internal roads. Each facility would have its own power, backup, cooling and fire-protection systems, allowing phased development. Preliminary estimates suggest investment worth several bln PLN and potentially several hundred jobs, although these figures are not yet confirmed.

The project is currently undergoing environmental review, including public consultation and assessments of noise, water and environmental impacts. City authorities stress that construction remains uncertain until further approvals, including a building permit, are secured.
