Hillwood building DPD warehouse in Silesia
Developer Hillwood is now working on a build-to-suit cross-dock warehouse project in Ruda Śląska in Silesia, which was commissioned by courier company DPD. The scheme will comprise over 11,000 sqm of space (with potential for further expansion) and is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of next year. It is being built within the Hillwood Ruda Śląska logistics park where a 30,500-sqm warehouse is already in operation and a 21,000-sqm warehouse is under construction.
