Hillwood Poland has expanded its logistics portfolio by acquiring two fully leased parks in northern Wrocław from Blackstone-managed funds for around EUR 70 million. The assets, now named Hillwood Wrocław City I and II, add nearly 100,000 sq m, bringing the company’s total Polish portfolio to over 2.1 million sq m. The transaction follows additional acquisitions in Silesia and investments in Gdańsk, totaling more than 300,000 sq m of stabilized assets purchased in 2025.

Hillwood reports a strong year, with acquisition value exceeding EUR 200 million and around 40 lease agreements finalized. CEO Hubert Michalak said the deal strengthens Hillwood’s long-term growth strategy and reinforces its position in Lower Silesia – one of Central Europe’s key and fastest-growing logistics hubs.
