The new solutions are being introduced at an advanced stage of construction of the single-family housing section of Royal Garden Wilanów. Construction is currently 60% complete, and more than half of the homes have already found buyers. The latest drone footage shows the progress of works, the scale of the project and the increasingly visible layout of the development.

Flexible payment schedules are intended to allow buyers to choose an option that best suits their plans and financial circumstances. For some clients, limiting the amount of capital committed at the beginning of the transaction may be important, for example if they are planning to sell their current property. Others may prefer to spread payments more evenly over time.
“Every client approaches a property purchase with a different financial situation and a different plan. For one person, the priority may be to limit the amount of capital committed at the beginning, while another may prefer to spread payments more evenly over time. That is why we want buyers at Royal Garden Wilanów to be able to choose the payment schedule that best meets their needs. Flexibility in the purchasing process should complement the quality of the development itself, its architecture, location and unique relationship with greenery,” says Kamil Gaszyński, Sales Director at Green House Development.
Royal Garden Wilanów is an intimate development of two-unit houses designed with privacy, space and everyday contact with nature in mind. The offer includes five-room apartments of approximately 110 sqm on the ground floor, with private gardens, and approximately 138 sqm on the upper floor, with private terraces and skylights in the bedrooms. Panoramic glazing provides the interiors with plenty of natural light.

The layout of the houses and the intimate, low-rise development have been designed to provide residents with privacy and tranquillity. The architecture has been integrated into the natural surroundings, while greenery around the development will create a barrier separating it from urban noise. The project also includes green walking paths and spaces designed for pedestrians and cyclists.
All vehicle traffic within the development will take place underground, leaving the above-ground areas free from cars. Each apartment will have two parking spaces, and dedicated lifts are planned in the buildings. The enclosed, intimate layout of the development is intended to provide residents with security and everyday comfort.
Royal Garden Wilanów is being developed in Miasteczko Wilanów, surrounded by well-developed urban infrastructure. Restaurants, cafés, shops, schools and kindergartens are located nearby, along with recreational areas and cycling routes. More information about Royal Garden Wilanów is available on the project website.
