Hungarians take over logistics center in Tarnow
Appeninn Plc, advised by Indotek Group, has finalized the acquisition of a Goodyear logistics center in Tarnów through its Polish subsidiary Appeninn Project-TRNW. The 56,000 sqm facility is fully leased to Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations S.A. and is located next to Goodyear’s largest European tire factory and near the A4 motorway, a key east–west transport route. The deal strengthens Appeninn’s position in Poland’s commercial property market and aligns with its logistics portfolio expansion strategy.
Technical due diligence was provided by Arcadis, while legal advisory services were handled by Wolf Theiss. The new owner plans further investments to enhance the property’s operational value.
