Nationwide developer, J.W. Construction, has obtained a legally binding permit to build premises in the Osiedle Horizon investment in Gdańsk.

"We are very pleased with the interest in our investment. During the short pre-sale period, we signed several dozen reservation agreements, which, thanks to obtaining a building permit, we will be able to transform into development agreements. We have an agreement with the General Contractor of PORR. The construction is scheduled to be completed in September 2023," Małgorzata Ostrowska, Director of the Marketing and Sales Division at JW Construction, said.

Horizon housing estate, at ul. Starowiejska, in Letnica – the most promising district of Gdańsk, will be built in two stages. It is a building complex with a total of 629 apartments ranging from 26-98 sqm, with functional layouts and a higher standard. Each of the apartments will have a balcony, loggia, or terrace. Green roofs on each of the buildings of different heights: from seven to eighteen floors are designed as a recreational space for residents. It is from them, as well as from the premises on the top floors, that you will be able to see the panorama of the city, the port and the bay.

There will be nine service premises on the ground floor of the buildings, and garages in the basement. There will be separate places for bicycles in the garage and on the premises, there will be a playground for children, and the beach is a 20-minute walk away.
