JYSK stays longer in Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski

The international retail chain JYSK has extended its lease for an A-class warehouse with an area of almost 70,000 sqm in Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski. The park in Piotrków belongs to the portfolio managed by REINO IO Logistics. The tenant was represented in the transaction by the consulting agency M4 Real Estate.
In Poland, JYSK opened its first store in 2000. About 11.5 million Poles do their shopping annually in over 238 stores of this chain. The network is developing dynamically, more than a dozen new outlets are opened each year. The company also started offering online sales of its goods relatively early.
"This is another transaction in which we have recently been able to support JYSK. We are glad that JYSK's business in Poland and Europe is developing very well, especially now, in the face of rapid changes in the retail operation model," Bartek Tulejko, Managing Partner M4 Real Estate, said.
"The convenient location of Logistic City Piotrków guarantees efficient distribution of products. And as Asset Manager, we always try to meet the needs of our tenants and respond flexibly to their expectations. We are pleased that customers appreciate the combination of these factors and, like JYSK, after many years of presence in the park, decide to continue the contracts," Joanna Pilich, Leasing & Asset Manager REINO IO Logistics, added.
Recently, Polish Logistics, the platform managed by REINO IO Logistics, expanded by purchasing five logistics parks. Currently, the portfolio includes properties with an area exceeding 350,000 sqm rented to almost 40 clients.
