LCube to build a large logistics center in Poznań
Warehouse developer LCube has announced another investment. The new warehouse park will be built on an over 50-hectare plot located in the western part of Poznań. In five modern A-class halls, almost 265,000 sqm of space will be created. The first and largest warehouse of almost 134,000 sqm is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024, with construction work scheduled to start in July next year.
"The investment in Poznań will be our largest project to date and we are extremely excited about the opportunity to develop this industrial and warehouse park. Due to its location and size, it will be an ideal location for the e-commerce industry and the facility will be able to act as a last mile warehouse for the Poznan market," Michał Stachura, Board Member, Head of Finance at LCube, said.
