LivUp has launched the revitalisation of the historic tenement at Moniuszki 8 in central Warsaw, once home to the iconic pre-war Café Adria. The project will transform the former office and service building into a refined PRS residential scheme with 65 apartments for long-term institutional rental, complemented by high-street retail and food & beverage spaces. The six-storey development will offer modern amenities, generous common areas, terraces and a rooftop with city views, while carefully restoring protected architectural elements.

Designed with strong respect for its modernist heritage, the project blends historical character with contemporary living standards. Construction began in August 2025 and is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2027.
