Luxury investment apartments under Aries brand in Krynica-Zdrój
The well-known mountain resort will expand its premium real estate portfolio with investment apartments built near Jaworzyna Krynicka ski station. Aries Residence Krynica-Zdrój is a complex of ten intimate apartment buildings, which will offer over 200 rooms of the highest standard, a wellness area, a restaurant, and a café.
There will be penthouses with view terraces on the top floors, and several dozen apartments will be equipped with private saunas. The offer will include units with kitchen annexes ranging in size from 32-66 sqm, which will be finished to a 5-star standard.
The completion of all five stages of the investment is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.
Luxury hotel apartments are offered to investors in two purchase systems: with a fixed profit and in the 30-70 percent model, in which the owner receives 70 percent of the revenue generated by the hotel apartment. Platan Hotels & Resorts will be responsible for efficiently managing the facility and generating regular profits for the owners.
