Martley Capital has launched Amber, an investment platform focused on last-mile logistics and urban industrial properties in Poland. The company aims to build a portfolio worth about EUR 200 mln within 12 to 24 months. Amber starts with two fully leased Upper Silesian warehouse assets totaling about 22,500 sq m in Siemianowice Śląskie and Sosnowiec. The strategy targets modern small and midsize multi-let properties in major urban markets with limited new supply, strong tenant demand, good transport links, and solid ESG potential.

Martley plans to improve acquired assets through upgrades, ESG enhancements, and BREEAM certification. The company already has an active acquisition pipeline across Poland’s key metropolitan markets.
