A subsidiary of developer Marvipol Development has acquired 2.6 hectares of land located on ul. Bokserska in the Służewiec business area in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The transaction, which was brokered by JLL, is valued at over PLN 54 million. The site in question is zoned for residential development. Służewiec has been undergoing a transformation from a mono-functional area dominated by office buildings into a multi-functional neighborhood in recent years, noted Daniel Puchalski, head of land advisory services at JLL. “Służewiec undoubtedly still has major investment potential, which may result in further significant transactions in the building land market there in the near future,” he said.
