Marvipol pleased with Topiel No 18 sales in Warsaw
Developer Marvipol Development has revealed that more than half of the apartments in its Topiel Nᵒ 18 luxury residential project in downtown Warsaw have already been sold. The scheme, which was designed by the WWAA architectural studio, is being built in the city’s prestigious Powiśle neighborhood and will comprise 42 housing units. The Topiel Nᵒ 18 apartments are priced from PLN 22,000 per sqm. The development is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of next year.
