Marvipol Development has sold the first 156 apartments with areas from 32-113 sqm in the Moko Botanika investment in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, the company said. The completion of construction is planned for Q4 2021.

Moko Botanika comprises a total of 477 residential and six service premises. Currently, 156 apartments are on sale, with various layouts from studios to four-room apartments, with areas ranging from 32-88 sqm.

Each apartment will have a balcony, loggia, garden or terrace with an area of up to 100 sqm.
