The idea behind the ABSL Diamonds Awards is to award projects, and the people who implement them, that set new standards and directions for development for the business services sector, one of the most dynamic in the Polish economy.
Eighty-five projects were submitted by 64 companies, with seven awards being presented in four categories: Business Excellence, Vibrant Workplace, Talent Development & Education and Sustainable Business Strategy.
The awarded projects focused on responsibility, diversity and inclusion, proving that they care not only about business continuity, but above all for their employees – pointed out Janusz Dziurzyński, Head of the Management Board at ABSL.
The jury for this year’s competition included: Kerry Harald CEO, Global Sourcing Association Council and a founding member of the Global Technology & Business Services; Olaf Babinet, Director of Deloitte Consulting – Global Location Strategy; Tom Bangemann, Senior Vice President for Business Transformation at The Hackett Group; and Shivendra Singh, Vice President & Head of the Global Trade Development Department NASSCOM.
