Mercatora buys property in Krakow for PLN 17.25 mln for housing project
Mercator Estates V, a subsidiary of Mercator Medical, has signed an agreement with an unrelated entity to purchase a 0.41-hectare property on Józefa Wybickiego Street in Krakow for PLN 17.25 mln, Mercator reported. Mercator Estates V will use the site to develop a multifamily residential project with accompanying infrastructure.
Mercator Medical manufactures disposable gloves and distributes single-use medical supplies. The company debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2013. Its consolidated sales revenue reached PLN 574 mln in 2025.
