One of the leading producers of chocolate products in Poland, Millano Group, has decided to expand its operations within the logistics center Tristar Poznań from the portfolio of Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate. The company, which was represented by the international consulting agency CBRE, extended the existing lease agreement and decided to rent additional space, occupying a total of almost 16,000 sqm.

The Polish manufacturer of chocolate and confectionery products Millano Group is one of the largest enterprises in the food industry sector in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship and the largest supplier of products bearing the logo of large commercial networks in Poland, including Biedronka, Lidl Eurocash, Lewiatan, Dino, Polo Market. The Millano Group has three factories in which it produces several hundred tons of chocolate products per day and distributes to more than 50 countries around the world.

"From our point of view, the key in this project was to obtain good lease terms, which we achieved during the negotiation process with White Star. Due to the development of Millano Group, the negotiated rates encouraged us to acquire additional 4,000 sqm of warehouse space (including logistics park). Additional space will allow us to optimize warehouse operations and reduce operating costs," Ireneusz Kozber, Logistics Director of Millano Group, said.
