Mirbud has contract for renovation of Wroclaw buildings into residences for PLN 48.59 mln net
Mirbud has concluded a contract with Apsys Stawowa for the reconstruction of a complex of buildings into a complex of multi-family residential buildings and the construction of a new residential investment at ul. Stawowa in Wrocław, the company said. The value of the contract is PLN 48.59 mln net.
Mirbud operates primarily as a general contractor or general contractor in all segments of construction. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008. In 2024, it had PLN 3.25 bln in consolidated revenues.
