MLP Group has started construction of a new logistics center called MLP Bieruń West in Upper Silesia, near Tychy. The project is being developed on a speculative basis, meaning construction began without signed lease agreements, reflecting the developer’s confidence in strong regional demand for warehouse and production space.

The first phase includes a 29,000-square-meter warehouse scheduled for completion in October 2026. Ultimately, the complex will offer around 56,000 square meters of modern logistics and industrial space. The investment is being built by Bin Biuro Inżynierskie.

MLP Group says Upper Silesia remains one of Poland’s key logistics markets thanks to strong transport infrastructure, industrial facilities, and access to skilled workers. The new center will meet high environmental standards and is expected to receive BREEAM Excellent certification for energy efficiency and sustainable design.
