MLP Group finalizing purchase of an investment plot near Berlin
Logistics company MLP Group has completed the purchase of an investment plot located in Ludwigsfelde south of Berlin. The undeveloped property has nearly 5 hectares. The MLP Business Park Berlin I logistics center will consist of 4 facilities with a total leasable area of approx. 15,500 sqm. The project will meet current trends on the warehouse property market and will offer City Logistics buildings. The smallest warehouse modules will be available from 700 sqm.
