MLP Group to implement business park in Berlin
Construction company MLP Group plans to build MLP Business Park Berlin I with a total usable area of over 15,500 sqm in Ludwigsfelde near Berlin.
“The new project is the MLP Business Park Berlin I investment, offering warehouse modules for rent with minimum 700 sqm of modern office space,” the release reads.
The project involves the construction of four buildings with a total usable area of over 15,500 sqm and an extended common area covering car parks and maneuvering zones.
