According to a report by PMR Market Experts (Hume’s Institute), the value of Poland’s modular construction market is expected to rise to PLN 4.6 bln in 2025 from PLN 4.4 bln in 2024, and could reach PLN 7.2 bln by 2030. After a slight 1.3% y/y decline in 2024, growth is set to resume, supported by improved access to mortgage financing, interest in fast and environmentally friendly building methods, and ongoing suburbanization.

Single-family homes dominate the market, with wooden 2D modules accounting for over half of total value due to their lower cost. Analysts expect annual growth of 8–10% in 2026–27, driven by a housing shortage, falling interest rates, labor shortages in construction, and demand for quicker, low-emission building solutions.
