MR plans to accelerate works on digitization of construction process
As part of the digitization of the investment process, from Monday it will be possible to download and fill in several forms regarding the construction process. In the coming months, it will also be possible to send construction documentation online, and at the end of the year submission of an application for a building permit online, said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Development Jadwiga Emilewicz.
"We hope that we will complete the legislative process by the end of September and as soon as the law enters into force these conclusions [in the construction process] will be possible to sign with a trusted profile, to communicate completely impersonally with the office in a paperless mode,” Emilewicz said..
By December 2020, the ministry would like all construction forms, including technical documentation, to be transferred digitally without the need for the investor and other persons acting on his behalf to contact the office.
Emilewcz recalled that in 2019 over 99,000 copies of building permits for single-family buildings were issued, and over 5,000 permits for multi-family buildings.
