The Murapol Group has finalized the purchase of two investment plots in Kraków and Warsaw and has also signed a conditional agreement for the sale of real estate in Łódź. On the abovementioned land, the developer intends to implement investment projects with over 1,100 premises.


In Krakow, Murapol acquired a plot of land for further buildings that are already being implemented. In Warsaw, Murapol signed a contract transferring the right of perpetual usufruct of land located in the Praga-Południe district, on which a building with nearly 280 premises and approx. 120 underground and above-ground parking spaces will be built.


The last contract concerns a conditional agreement for the sale of real estate in Łódź in the Widzew district.
